Delete Account
Request deletion of your account and personal data under POPIA. Your request is sent to the app's support inbox for review; submitting it does not immediately delete your account.
What gets deleted
Your profile, CV, photos, listings, saved choices, referral link and chat history with Mzansi AI.
What we keep, and for how long
Payment and transaction records are kept for at least 5 years, as South African tax law (the Income Tax Act and VAT Act) requires. Support messages about your deletion request are kept only as long as needed to resolve it. Everything else is removed as soon as reasonably possible once your request is approved — POPIA requires that personal information is not kept longer than necessary.
Can't sign in?
Email privacy@mzansiafrica.app from the email address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted.
